Health Equity

Throughout the year we will host a series of educational opportunities to teach about chronic health care issues that disproportionately affect underserved communities. Check out our events section to learn more about upcoming events throughout the year.

Fair Housing

We will be providing grant opportunities throughout the year for people in need of fair and equitable housing. Please check back throughout the year for application requirements and deadlines.

Events
